詳細信息: We have a end buyer of Urea 5,000,000 MT. The urea should comply the following specifications : Agricultural grade urea fertilizers Nitrogen - 46% min, Moisture - 0.5% max, Biuret - 1% max, Melting point - 132 degrees C, Granulation- 1 to 4 mm 90% min, Prilled, free flowing and treated against caking, Free from radiation and harmful substance. We need the full supply on FOB basis. Monthly delivery of 500,000 MT is quite good. But if you can do 1,000,000 tons to be delivered every month at your port also it is o.k. We accept it. Our procedures: 1. First we need copy of a valid allocation letter and a guarantee letter for the supply of at least 5,000,000 MT of urea. We need it before issuing the LOI to write the subjects of both the letters in the LOI. 2. Buyer issues his LOI to the seller. 5. The seller issues full corporate offer (FCO) to the buyer. The buyer counter signs the FCO 6. The seller issues draft contract to buyer for comments and acceptance, the buyer signs and returns the draft contract showing all amendments required and adds full banking coordinates as set out within 7. The seller amends where necessary the hard copy contract, signs, seals and issues to the buyer for his completion, the buyer signs the hard copy contract and returns it to the seller. Any facsimile copy shall be considered as the original 8. Within five (5) banking days after the final hard copy contract signature, the buyer opens a financial instrument in their own bank and then provides to the seller a non-operative letter of credit to seller for approval and then forwards it to the seller's bank. In return, within seven (7) international banking days, the seller provides proof of product to the buyer's bank. 9. Within seven (7) banking days after the receipt and confirmation of a letter of credit acceptable to the seller the seller issues a fully active two percent (3%) performance bond of the letter of credit value. 10. Delivery and shipment commence as per the terms and conditions of the contract. Please, note that we cannot change our procedures. Quantity: 5,000,000 MT
